I have had a stroke in January along with a mild heart attack. I recovered from the stroke however my memory is really really bad now. To the point to where I can meet some one and see them all day and a week later I wont even remember who they are. It's like I just met them. My blood pressure is 212/180. Heres the main issue I am only 25 years old. My message is this: Taking care of your body is extremely important from the time your a child until you reach old age. I had an excessive drug problem when I was 11 years of age and I screwed up my life forever. So many regrets I have and now that I am clean It's too late but for some its not so think about what you are soing before you do it because your life depends on it.
